Agripa Soul Mbulawa is a seasoned and dynamic hotelier with several years of experience in the hospitality industry. He brings a wealth of experience and creativity, which he has amassed in various hotels ranging from 3-5 star entities across Botswana. His passion for the hospitality industry saw him rapidly rise the corporate ladder, from humble beginnings to the highest echelons of the industry.
Mr. Mbulawa is innovative, adept, and versed in hotel systems and controls with meticulous attention to detail. He has transcended great milestones that have provided an upward trajectory in the performance of the hotels he has worked in. He has an impeccable track record in his career, with notable managerial positions such as Reservations Manager, Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager and ultimately to General Manager, which he has held in various hotels across the country. He has served in hotels such as Mowana Safari Lodge, Chobe Marina Lodge, Grand Palm Hotel, Cresta Riley’s Hotel, Cresta Botsalo, Cresta President Hotel and as the Concession Manager at Great Plains Conservation’s Duba Concession in the Okavango Delta.
He is a product of a cultural exchange programme at Disney World in Orlando, Florida, USA and holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management and Operations from Cambridge International College in the UK. He is accredited by the International Training Centre of the ILO and Business Botswana to deliver the PROWESS programme on Productivity and Performance, Quality, Workplace Improvement, Human Resources Management and Development, Occupational Safety and Health, Marketing and Get Organised, Business Administration.
